Whenever I speak to someone, the biggest thing they're trying to achieve is a calorie deficit or the fact they believe they're eating 1,200kcal when they're not and it leads to frustration, overwhelm, and eventually a blow-out.

I'm going to be talking about why constantly chasing or being in a calorie deficit could be causing more harm than good, what to do about it, and how to move on once you've achieved weightloss and how to sustain it.
