HOW IT WORKS

Simply Happy & Healthy works by teaching you the core principles and lessons my Unf*ck Your Self Transformation clients learn to create a life that simplifies everything and brings results and happiness at the same time.

For the first nine weeks, you’ll have new masterclasses and focus points every week.

We'll jump on a weekly coaching call where I answer pre-submitted questions, personalise everything you've just learned, and help you apply it to your life.

 

There will be no new content in the last 3 weeks but we still have coaching calls.

This is where we take a moment to debrief, breathe, and reinforce new learnings or go over areas where we may feel a bit stuck or lack clarity on what our next steps are from here.

I’ll do everything I can to ensure you get more than what you’ve paid for and show you what true life-changing coaching looks like.

We officially launch and start coaching on Monday, the 4th of August. But you'll have access to the content and membership portal from Friday, the 1st of August.
