Simply Happy & Healthy is an ongoing nutrition & mindset group coaching program that you can join at any time.
It works by teaching you the core principles and lessons my Unf*ck Your Self Transformation clients learn to create a life that simplifies everything and brings results and happiness at the same time.
Every week, you'll watch one masterclass and implement the focus point (like a tangible homework task) that helps you build a healthy, sustainable lifestyle.
Then, we'll jump on a weekly group call where I answer pre-submitted questions, personalise everything you've just learned, and help you apply it to your life.
 There are 9 modules in total and each one has 3 masterclasses. On the fourth week of the module, I'll host an Open Office Q&A where there's no specific masterclass for that week.
This helps provide some catch-up time and also a space to get coaching on other topics you might be interested in.Â
