Who's this course for?
People who are done starting over. If you've tried every diet, every challenge, every program, and you're more frustrated and exhausted than when you started, this was built for you. Specifically for all-or-nothing perfectionists, who overthink everything, and anyone who knows exactly what they should be doing and still can't make it stick.
I have ADHD will this program still help?
A huge part of my coaching philosophy comes directly from living with undiagnosed ADHD for 28 years. Since my diagnosis, I've gone deep on how ADHD brains actually operate, how to make nutrition work better, how to build habits that don't collapse the moment something is slightly off plan, and how to stop fighting your brain and start working with it.
What workouts are included?
The membership currently includes a full workout program for beginners, 3 days per week, with Intermediate and advanced programs already planned for the future.
The workouts have been built with the intention that you're already, or want to start, training at a gym.
They use a variety of machines, free weights, and body weight movements. If you have access to a bench and some free weights, you'll be able to adapt most movements for home.
That being said, equipment and participation in the workouts are not mandatory. There are plenty of other ways to incorporate movement that I can help you with.
When does Simply Happy & Healthy Start?
You get immediate access to everything: all 30+ masterclasses, the workout programs, and the Discord community the moment you join. The membership officially kicks off Monday, July 20th. I'll help you figure out where to start so it doesn't feel overwhelming.
Is this only for weight loss?
No. Everything in this membership helps with habit formation, reducing stress and anxiety, comfort and binge eating, removing outdated beliefs around food and your body, and building routines and healthy habits that actually stick. The ultimate goal is a happier and healthier life. Whatever that looks like for you. That's what we work toward.
Is this actually live coaching, or is it just pre-recorded content?
It's both. But the main driver of this membership is live coaching and support. Two live coaching calls every week, five days a week on Discord, and personalised responses, not a bot. I'm with you every step of the way.
The masterclasses give you the knowledge. The coaching helps you go from "I know what I need to do, I just don't do it", to finally taking consistent action.
How is this different to programs I've done before?
No ultra-restrictive meal plan. No HIIT challenges. No end date where the old habits come flooding back. What I teach is how to understand your own brain, troubleshoot your own problems, and build a life that produces results without requiring you to be perfect. The goal is that you eventually don't need me. That's how I know I've done my job.
When are the coaching calls? Will they be recorded?
Tuesday 7:30pm & Wednesday 12:00pm.
Both Melbourne, Australia timezone. All calls are recorded with replays available via the membership site for up to 30 days.
Is this available outside of Australia?
Yes. Join from anywhere in the world with internet access. Just adjust the call times to your local timezone. The recordings mean you'll never miss a session.
What's the minimum commitment?
3 months minimum. After that, your membership just rolls over weekly or monthly, depending on your payment method.
