We teach you how to fuel your brain and body for whatever stage of life you're in without feeling overwhelmed or obsessed with calories. We'll help you develop a routine and structure around nutrition that doesn't feel restrictive. We'll cover the what, why, when, how, of nutrition so when we finish our coaching, you can just continue to live your life care-free, feel amazing, and achieve your goals.

Sustainability

We want to make sure that you can replicate everything you achieve through the program when we're finished. Before joining our program, most clients have a history of yoyo-ing between diets, but never being happy maintaining the results. Whereas, we educate you enough to become your own coach.

So how does it get delivered?

Since everything is fully personalised, before we prescribe any movement, nutrition, or mindset protocols we'll first send you a questionnaire; that way we know your starting point!

FOUNDATION 1

Personalised Movement Plan

Your workouts will be updated weekly, which you’ll access conveniently via an app on your phone. All you need to do is start your session and your entire workout will be accessible to follow with ease.

FOUNDATION 2

Nutrition Protocols

It's easier to optimise an established routine than it is to completely start from scratch. We'll send you a spreadsheet with recommended numbers to hit each day, just track whatever you're normally eating as best as you can and we'll come in and optimise your targets each week.

FOUNDATION 3

1:1 Mindset Coaching Calls

Every week we have a coaching call to analyse how your week is going: the good, the bad, and the ugly.

FOUNDATION 4

1:1 Weekly Email Check-ins

Every Thursday is our universal client check-in day. This gives us enough time to make updates, and you can look over it before the following week.

FOUNDATION 5

The Community

This is available 24/7 with people from all different time zones; so, someone will more than likely be available to help you with your questions whatever the time of day it is! We commonly receive questions such as on how to track a meal, or recommendations for eating at social events.
